Dancers
the girl's are dancers that my daughter has danced with - I believe from the Ballet Conservatory, but could be Dance Facets at OWC. Regardless, this is from a shot that she took while backstage with one dancer at the wing in position to join the others who were already on stage.

These are lovely. I saw your "Two Readers" post in wetcanvas and linked to this blog. You have a wonderful hand for what you do. I am a new painter and this weekend one of my library finds was a book on Degas and his dancers, the beginning of my learning about the figure. Your painting encourages me all the more. Thank you.
